UNDERCOVER® warrants the canopy to free of defects in material and workmanship for two years from original date of purchase. Warranty is limited and does not cover damage caused by wind, rain, or other natural forces, nor any damage from abuse, neglect, or improper anchoring or usages.

The differences lies in frame durability, top thickness and compact design elements.

• Professional grade features a solid-core aluminum frame wrapped in a 600-polyester top crafted to exceed your expectations. This aluminum frame is 50% stronger and more durable than the steel commercial frame.

Commercial and professional models will fit in the car trunk if the rear seats fold down while recreational frames will fit in most trunks.

It depends on how often you use your canopy:

• Occasional Family and Home Use - Recreation grade is affordable lightweight shade.
• Occasional Commercial Use (around 5 times per year) - Commercial grade is a smart, cost-effective choice.
• Frequent Commercial Use - Professional grade is recommended for long-term performance and durability.

Absolutely. Always secure your canopy, no matter the weather.

• Basic ground spikes are included, but for superior wind protection, and maximized safely we highly recommend our Gravity-Tube or Gravity-Stake anchoring system.

It's not recommended to leave the canopy unattended in rainy conditions.

• Even light, continuous moisture can pool on the canopy top, leading to fabric damage or frame collapse over time.
• Always take it down or supervise during changing weather conditions.

No major assembly is needed.

• The frame comes fully assembled.
• Simply attach the polyester top to the frame the first time and you're ready to go.

Not necessarily.

• Most users leave the canopy top attached to the frame.
• However, the top should always be completely dry before storing to avoid mildew or damage.

The fabric is waterproof, but the seams may drip during prolonged exposure to moisture.

• For added protection, we recommend applying a spray-on waterproofing solution to the seams, widely available online.

Yes, the polyester top is CPAI-84 & NFPA-701 certified fire retardant.

• Important: It is not fireproof. Never build fires or place flame sources under or near your Undercover® shelter.

Very little is needed.

• Clean the canopy periodically using mild soap and water.
• Rinse thoroughly and allow to fully dry before storing to prevent mold or mildew.
• If you experience seam leakage over time, apply a spray on water proof seam sealer, conveniently available online.
